About me
My story

I was born in 1982 in Belgium and have been a qualified physiotherapist since 2004. Over the past ten years, I have witnessed a major shift in the field of physiotherapy — transitioning from a passive approach to a much more active vision of rehabilitation.
In 2016, I completed a Master of Research in Osteopathy in London. While the degree focused on osteopathy, what I value most from this experience is the strong foundation in research skills. It helped me develop critical thinking, which now guides my professional life and allows me to offer safe and evidence-based treatments.
Outside of my work as a physiotherapist in Phnom Penh, I am also passionate about photography. You can explore some of my personal photos, as well as professional shots of my physiotherapy studio in Phnom Penh, through the following link.

My qualifications
My first Master’s degree was in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. I hold a solid academic background from the Université Catholique de Louvain, one of Belgium’s top universities and ranked among the top 1% worldwide. This education gave me a strong scientific foundation that supports my clinical decisions as a physiotherapist.

While my practice today is mainly focused on physiotherapy, I still integrate osteopathic techniques when they meet the expectations or needs of my patients. I was trained in the UK as a primary care practitioner, which means I am qualified to diagnose and refer patients to physicians when necessary. I studied the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) in England and was trained to deliver safe and effective treatments.
