Clothing and safety tips
For your comfort and optimal movement during the session, we recommend wearing flexible clothing such as sportswear or light trousers. Please avoid belts, zippers, or stiff fabrics that may interfere with physical assessments.
You will remain fully dressed during the session, as all treatments are adapted to your clothing. No need to undress.
If you’re feeling unwell, especially with symptoms like fever or cough, we kindly ask you to wear a mask during your visit.
Studio On is a private practice operating strictly by appointment. There is no walk-in reception: if you are delayed or cannot attend, please contact us as early as possible via Telegram at +855 71 631 2793 so we can reschedule accordingly.
Insurance, invoices, and documentation
Studio On provides official invoices with a registered patent number and VAT code. If you need documentation for insurance reimbursement, feel free to ask before or after your session. We are happy to support you with the necessary paperwork.

Toilets, exits, and visual privacy
The clinic includes an accessible restroom, located near the treatment area. A building map is displayed in the waiting zone, clearly showing toilet directions and emergency exits.
Although the office has large windows, please note that all exterior glass is opaque – no one can see inside, ensuring full privacy during your session.
Parking for scooters and cars in BKK1
Studio On is located in central Phnom Penh (BKK1) with nearby parking options.
• Scooter parking is available directly outside the entrance or within WH Residence.
• Car parking is limited but possible on Street 302 and surrounding streets. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to find a spot.
